The CAR is Brazil's Rural Environmental Registry. In it, the property declares its area, legal reserve, permanent preservation areas and consolidated land use.

What DCORP does
Registration, correction and regularization of the record, with mapping of the areas the law requires.
Regularization and licensing with technical method.
DCORP handles the environmental process through to the competent agency.
